Support Meetings:
The day of the support meeting are changing. From April the support meetings will be on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (previously the 3rd Monday of the Month)
Therefore the next meeting will be on Wednesday 17th April 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Christmas Remembrance Service
Our annual service of remembrance will take place on Sunday 2nd December 2018
If you would like more information please get in touch either via email or phone.
We would like to provide a bauble with the name of every baby represented at the service so please let us know if you are coming and would like one.

Christmas Remembrance Service
Remembrance Service
We would like to invite you to the Bedfordshire Sands
Remembrance Service, which will be held at St
Peter and St Paul’s Church, Church Road, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, MK45 1AE on Sunday 2nd December 2018 at 4pm. (Please
note this is a Change of Venue from the last few years)
Christmas can be a difficult time for those of us whose
little ones are not here to share it with us and the Remembrance Service gives
an opportunity to spend a little time for our children. You are welcome to invite Grandparents and
extended family to join us if you wish. The
service will include carols and readings, baubles with baby names on to hang on
the Christmas tree and lighting of candles for our babies.
If you would like more information please get in touch on bedfordshiresands@yahoo.co.uk so that we can ensure you have a bauble and if you would like a reading that it is included in the order of service

AGM
We will be holding our AGM on Monday 24th July at the Holiday Inn in Bedford at 7.30pm All our welcome, we will electing our committee members for the next year and updating on all our plans

Training Congratulations!
We have 2 wonderful befrienders who volunteer to support bereaved parents in Bedfordshire and we are pleased to announced that both have now completed their level 2 training! Well done Claire and Jane and thank you for all you do.
One to one support
If you have thought about a support meeting but are worried about walking into a room where you don't know anyone then one of our befrienders would be happy to meet up with you individually or as a couple and then you can decide if you would like to join the group.

Our support meetings usually take place on the 3rd Monday of the month. This month that would make it the 19th December which we recognise is very close to Christmas so this meeting won't be happening.
However, this can be a particularly difficult time of year and if you would like to talk to one of our befrienders either on the phone or in person please email bedfordshiresands@yahoo.co.uk and either Claire or Jane will give you a call.
